Yes, all functional wares such as bowls, mugs, and plates are glazed with food-safe materials and fired to high stoneware temperatures for durability.

Yes, glazed pieces can happily go in the dishwasher and microwave. Handwashing is recommended for ceramics with high decoration or with unglazed areas to protect the surface and extend the life of the piece.

It usually takes between 4–6 weeks for custom orders. This is because the piece first needs to be wheel thrown and trimmed, then fired, glazed, fired again, packed and shipped to you.

Each order is packed with great care to ensure your ceramics arrive safely. I use biodegradable materials and paper-based wrapping to reduce plastic waste. Every piece is wrapped and double-checked before posting so it reaches you in perfect condition.

As each piece is handmade and one of a kind, returns are not accepted for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, please get in contact within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. A replacement or refund will be arranged where possible.
